Major AB Adversis
In excellent condition for its age!   Has great detail, wonderful patina, no dents or dings.
Etched on the top is a crest with the Latin words "Major AB Adversis" which translates to "Greater frim Adversity"
.  There are no hallmarks other than Italy PM on the underside of the handle, so I do not know if it is silver plated or sterling silver, but if I were to guess, I would think that it is silver plated.
It measures approx. 7.5" W x 9.5" L x 3.25" H.
