    Description

    Used Celestron NexStar Tripod & Goto Mount with Clamshell. The inside diameter of the clamshell is about 3 1/2 inches. The hinged part of the clamshell that holds the two halves together is broken. The bolt that is shown in one of the pics is what is holding the two halves of the clamshell together. There is a crack in one of the tripod leg plastic part but it doesn't appear to affect function. The readout (text) on the controller LCD is dim and the Enter key doesn't light up. An eight AA battery holder and pouch is included. There is a dent in one of the legs but it doesn't affect function. The goto functions of the mount are tested and working. Sold as is with no returns. Ships to the lower 48 states only.
