    Upon inspection of the device,
    I noticed the type of scuffs and scratches that happen with normal use.
    All ports and connectors are in good cosmetic condition.
    The foot pedal is very warn and has signs of rust.
    There are some small chips and nicks on the top and sides of the device.
    I was unable to power on the device due to not having a power supply.
    The knobs move freely but are untested.
    Foot pedal is untested.
    Scaler handpiece is untested. No tip is included.
    The water port and water hose are untested.
    No further testing could be completed due to lack of knowledge and/or resources.
    The device is sold as is as an untested item.
