This is a handmade musical washboard.
This 24" wood and aluminum Maid Rite washboard has all kinds of goodies attached:
~ A vintage embroidered design belt with a silver belt buckle containing 2 pieces of turquoise pieces measuring 3/4 inch long and a 1879 Morgan Silver Dollar.
~ 6 beer caps- Blue Moon, Corona, MGD 64, Shock-Top, New Belgium, and Redridge
~ A Bottle Opener on a silver tone chain
~ 2 tuna or pet food cans
~ A metal cowbell measuring 3.5" x 3.25" reading "ring In Case of Fire
~ A brass Underwriters laboratory Dead Front Switchboard section tag
~ A vintage Washington tax token
~ A brass tag with the number 113
~ A vintage skeleton key
~ A small  Copper pail with a brass bail
~ A brass U.S.  army pin
This wonderfully unique washboard is in good pre-owned condition and would make a great conversation piece.
