Upon inspection of the device, I noticed the type of scuffs and scratches that happen with normal use.
There are heavier scuffs, scratches, and chipped paint on the front of the scaler (see pictures #1-#3).
The Water Flow knob is slightly bent but this does not affect functionality (see picture #3).
The rubber wire insulation on the hand piece appears to have heat damage (see picture #10).
All ports and connectors are in good cosmetic condition.
I was able to power on the device with the included power supply.
Upon start up, the green LED light and power level illuminated.
I pressed the Power Level buttons and was able to cycle through Low, 1-9, and High on the scaler.
When I pressed the Vent button, the LED light illuminated and I could hear the pump start.
The left LED light illuminated but
the middle and right lights are untested

The Scaler port is untested.
The foot pedal is untested.
No further testing could be completed due to a lack of knowledge and/or resources.
The device is sold as is as a partially tested item.
