This high carbon steel blade is specifically designed for aggressive cutting wood applications. Popular uses for this blade: Cutting under the kick plate when installing new flooring, undercutting door jams, flush cutting tongue-and-groove wood. 12 TPI (Teeth per inch). Blade dimensions: 2 1/2 inch wide x 1 5/8 inch plunge depth.

The Imperial Blade 2-1/2 inch coarse tooth saw blade has 12 teeth per inch, is 2-1/2 inches wide, and has a cutting depth of 1-5/8 inches. The coarse tooth saw blade has larger teeth for aggressive cutting. It is designed for cutting wood, drywall and other soft material. This blade will cut through a few nails but is mainly used for softer applications and is almost as fast as a reciprocating saw. They can be used for cutting under the kick plate when installing new kitchen flooring, undercutting door jambs or flush cutting tongue-and-groove. They have a flush-cut design to allow the operator to lay the blades flat on surfaces perpendicular to the cut. The arbor on this blade is compatible with Rockwell Sonicrafter and Worx Sonicrafter Tools.
