    Description

    Meade DS-2114 Self-Guided Telescope.
    Used Meade ds-2114 computerized altazimuth mount. Just went over the whole unit and greased the gears in both axis’s. Acquired a newer Autostar 494 hand box with 13Ei firmware. The mirrors are clean, no scratches, also the main mirror has been center dotted to make collimating the scope easier. I’ve had this unit for 2 years and moved on to an equatorial mount and a larger OTA. This has the Meade LNT red dot finder. Which helps with alignment, it finds level and north for you and also saves all you site data and time so you don’t need to constantly enter this info. This is a great scope for a beginner. I am including a 15mm and 26mm eyepiece.
