    Upon inspection of the device, I noticed the type of scuffs and scratches that happen with normal use.
    All ports and connectors are in good cosmetic condition.
    The device has heavy discoloration.
    The corners and edges have a few chips and small cracks.
    I attempted to power on the device and there were no signs of power.
    Dial moves freely but is untested.
    Scaler cord is untested.
    Foot pedal port is untested. No foot pedal included.
    Water port is untested.
    No further testing could be completed due to a lack of knowledge and/or resources.
