I recently acquired this item included in a large quantity of home improvement products, at a liquidation auction of a building and renovation business in Nashville Tennessee.
It looks as though the building contractor may have sourced it from an online return service, as it has the words "Target Return" written on the outside of the box. I have inspected the seat in detail. The mounting hardware is included and is still in the original sealed factory packaging. There are no defects whatsoever. It is in brand new unused condition
