Beautiful antique Pairpoint quadruple silver plate Art Nouveau crumb tray and crumber.
Quadruple silver plate items were 4 times as heavily plated with silver than standard plated items.
Tray has a monogram. Crumber does not.
Slight bend in blade of crumber.
Both are in very good antique condition. They have not been polished. They have scratches and show wear from age and use.
Tray is labeled: Pairpoint Mfg Co / New Bedford, Mass with the hallmark in a circle surrounded by quadruple plate. Beneath it is Patd. July 5, 1904 with the number 3445 below.
Crumber is labeled: Pairpoint Mfg Co / New Bedford, Mass with the hallmark in a circle surrounded by quadruple plate with number 3445 1/2 below.
Tray is approximately 5 1/2" x 8 1/2". Crumber is approximately 2 1/4" x 11".
Pairpoint silver plate is highly collectible and these 2 items are a great addition to any collection.
