Antique Aesthetic English Silver Plated Covered Ice Pail, Gorgeous

Very unusual English mark? (has a cross type mark on bottom with numbers 01630). If anyone recognizes these marks then I would appreciate letting me know who the actual maker is.
This is a gorgeous silver plated ice pail with aesthetic design. There are silver twisted vines attachments for both the handle and base. The body has fans, leaves, flowers, butterflies designs all etched on it and on the rounded base and lid. The lid has a white detachable knob on it.

Condition: overall it is in very good condition.
